Terms of Service
Shipping: Your Cholla will be protected, by proper packaging, to ensure safe shipping. Please contact us at [email protected] about combined shipping on multiple orders. We usually ship 1-2 business days following your cleared payment. Larger orders (over 100 pieces) may take up to 5 days to process. We ship Monday-Saturday in order to get you your items as fast as possible.Green Shipping: In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: We don’t actually have a return policy for items purchased from Cholla Wood Supply Store. We handle returns on a case by case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers -- our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably; we hope they will be fair and reasonable with us, as well.
If you received an item that you feel was not as described, damaged during transit, or not as you ordered, and you'd like a refund/exchange, please contact us at: [email protected].
International orders outside United States:
Please check with your country's customs department to ensure that cholla wood can be delivered to you.
Import fees, duty fees, and any other fees charged by the customs department is the buyer's responsibility.
**Phytosanitary certificates are required in some locations (Japan & Philippines) to import cholla wood. We can provide a certificate, but will require additional fees and shipping time. If you need a phytosanitary certificate, we will charge an additional $300 fee and add an extra 3 weeks to the shipping process. We apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience.**
